WELCOME
TO Jack’s Toolbox
for autism site.
Autism is not a puzzle to be solved, but rather a unique way of life.
Welcome to our website, a safe haven for parents of children with autism. We understand that parenting a child with autism can be challenging, overwhelming, and sometimes lonely. On the flip side, it’s also a fantastic adventure that God has blessed you with! That’s why we’re here to offer support, guidance, and a community that understands your needs.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) affects approximately 1 in 36 children according to estimates from the CDC’s Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network. ASD is a complex developmental disorder that can range from mild to severe and affects communication, social interaction, and behavior. Early intervention is crucial for improving outcomes for children with ASD. The ADDM Network helps researchers and policymakers better understand the scope and impact of ASD. Ongoing research is necessary to better understand and address the needs of children with ASD and their families.
As parents ourselves, we know firsthand the struggles of raising a child with autism. Our son, now 9 years old, was diagnosed with autism at a young age, and we quickly realized the unique challenges that come with parenting a child on the spectrum.
We believe that our son is a gift from God regardless of his “diagnosed” disorder. We know you believe the same about your child. Please know you are not alone in this walk even if no one else in your immediate family is going through this… reach out today.
Our boy Jack is not a statistic of Autism, he is the joy of his family! We hope you enjoy the toolbox site we have put together for you and your amazing child.
